Brief Overview of the Role This is an excellent opportunity to train and work as a Telesales operative within a very busy food distribution centre. Bidfood are looking for an enthusiastic person looking to make telesales their career pathway of choice. You will maintain, develop and maximise your customer base, working to achieve the required performance and productivity. Duties to Include
  • You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts located within the northwest area, and will be targeted to input customers' regular orders onto our computer system whilst maximising and memory jogging at every opportunity to achieve individual targets, ensuring you deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • You will maintain, develop and maximise your customer base, working to achieve the required performance and productivity standards whilst complying with company disciplines and procedures
The training you will be getting
  • Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 standard
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths if required
  • Relevant workplace training

Working Hours and Wage

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, breaks TBC

Total hours per week: 37.5 hours a week

Brief Overview of the Role We are looking for warm, positive and enthusiastic individuals to provide person centered support to people with learning disabilities. You will work to make a difference and promote independence whilst enabling people to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life. Duties to Include
  • Giving non-discriminatory care Record and report all relevant information
  • Working with therapists and doctors to ensure consistency of support Supporting and monitoring healthcare and needs
  • Teaching life skills and supporting new hobbies and interests

Brief Overview of the Role To share with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and to help in the general day-to-day activities of the home. Duties to Include
  • To assist service users who need help with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and the toilet.
  • To help service users with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including incontinence; help in use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • To care for service users who are temporarily sick and needing, for example, minor dressings, bed nursing, help with feeding, etc.
  •  To help care for service users.
  • To help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of service users through talking to them, taking them out, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and recreations.
