Brief Overview of the Role

Staffordshire Fabrications are looking for a to recruit a positive new member to the team. The apprentice will support the business to achieve its goals and growth for the future.

Duties to Include

-Machining components using both Lathe and a machining centre.

-Taught how to read engineering drawings and construct drawings using CAD system.

-Business Improvement techniques to constantly maintain and improve work area in terms of effectiveness and efficiency.

-Following Health and Safety procedures.

The training you will be getting

  • Engineering Operative Standard Level 2 Relevant workplace training
  • Functional skills if necessary

Desired Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) desirable
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) desirable

Working Hours and Wage

Monday- Thursday 07:00-16:00, Friday- 07:00-13:00

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week
