Brief Overview of the Role

A great opportunity has come up for the successful candidate to join our friendly team at T. Cox, Ward End. As an apprentice you will be providing the customer service element to the Opticians, liaising with customers and colleagues within the building.

Duties to Include

  • Reception duties
  • Assisting patients in choosing glasses
  • Invoicing
  • Sales
  • Helping in the onsite optical laborator

The training you will be getting

  • Customer Service Specialist (Level 3)
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required

Working Hours and Wage

Mon – Thursday 09:00 – 17:30; Friday 09:00 – 13:00; Sat 09:00-13:00

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week

Future Prospects

The successful candidate who completes the apprenticeship will be consider for a full time permanent job.
