The apprentice will work on the shop floor to support the team. This will involve serving customers, till work, booking in stock, and learning all aspects of working and running a busy retail store.

Duties to include

• Helping customers to find the correct product
• Answering phones from customers to deal with queries
• Replenishing stock
• Using till and EPOS system
• Supporting with ordering products for customers
• Serving customers
• Till work
• Booking in stock

Working week

Working Week (Days and Hours) Full time to include at least one weekend day and one Thursday late night shift.

Total hours per week: 37.00
