Ahead of our Awards ceremony later this month, we would like to share some of the finalists in the Employer of the Year category, which recognises companies’ contribution and commitment to apprenticeships and staff development.
Dental Health Stop in Wolverhampton were nominated for their encouraging approach to employees expanding and developing their knowledge. They are extremely accommodating of individual apprentices’ needs, allowing them time for extra support if needed and actively identifying areas where knowledge can be developed.
Dr Claire Ilyas said: “We are absolutely delighted to have been recognised as a contender for PTP’s ‘Employer of the Year’ award. The practice has a long standing and enviable reputation for training nurses, therapists and dentists alike and a strong ethos in ensuring the continuing professional development of all our staff. Our successful apprentices have regularly scored highly in their examinations and this is testament to our working relationship and close co-operation with PTP, ensuring that the individual learning needs of each apprentice are met.”
The award winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at The Village Hotel, Walsall on Thursday 15th February.
