Brief Overview of the Role

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining candidate databases. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and policies. Help organize and conduct employee orientation programs and training sessions

Duties to Include

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Understanding of HR recruitment management system (in-house training provided)
  • Good timekeeping
  • IT literate – able to use all Outlook programs Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse HR tasks.

The training you will be getting

HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship course delivered at their place of work and online.

Functional Skills in Maths And English if required

Working Hours and Wage

Monday – Friday 9am -5pm with 30 min lunch

Total hours per week: 39.5 hours a week
