Brief Overview of the Role

Palletways (UK) Limited are offering the chance for an apprentice to take part in HR and Payroll Support Apprenticeship. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice to work within our HR department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Advisor in all aspects of the HR function plus more.

Duties to Include

• Processing the weekly payroll via the outsourced Payroll provider.
• Providing general admin support for the HR function.
• Supplying appropriate information/reports as required to department heads and managers.
• Maintaining personnel records in both paper and electronic format.
• Administering new employee paperwork, induction, and payroll processing.
• Payroll administration.
• Company benefits administration including company cars, pensions and healthcare.
• Pay review administration.
• Ensuring absence forms are completed and sick notes are completed and advising managers when attendance reviews are required.

The training you will be getting

• HR Support (Level 3) Apprenticeship Standard
• Functional skills may be required for Maths and English

Working Hours and Wage

Monday – Friday (30 minute lunch) Hours Flexible

Total hours per week: 40 hours a week
