Brief Overview of the Role

A great opportunity has come up for the successful candidate to join our friendly team at Inspire dental Centre. As a Level 3 Apprentice Dental Nurse, you will assist the dentist chair-side, plus much more, and undergo full training to develop skills to enable you to progress with a view for a full-time vacancy once qualified.

Duties to Include

• Assisting the dentist chair-side
• Updating client records
• Cleaning and decontamination of tools and surgery
• Reception duties
• General admin duties.

The training you will be getting

NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing Standard qualification

Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.

Desired skills and personal qualities

Administrative skills, Attention to detail, Communication skills, Customer care skills, Initiative, Logical, Number skills, Organisation skills, Presentation skills, Problem solving skills, Team working

Desired Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) desirable
• GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) desirable

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 8 am – 12 pm and 1 pm – 4.30 pm.

Total hours per week: 32 hours a week

Future Prospects

Possible full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship.
