Brief Overview of the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Office Dispatch Administration apprentice to work for Howard Butler Ltd, based in Walsall. Working within a busy office environment, training will cover all aspects of administration in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.
Duties to Include
- Dispatching of UK sales order and invoicing
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Maintenance of filing system
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining database
- Responding to emails
From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by your Line Manager, and whilst not listed above, these duties will be appropriate to the level of responsibility held and to the scope of the role as defined.
The training you will be getting
- The successful applicant will work towards Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification, and functional skills in math and English if appropriate
- They will have training and shadow staff to learn the job role and understand the administrative tasks required across a range of areas within the business including the main office, sales and dispatch
