Aartee Bright Bar are looking for a to recruit a positive new member to the maintenance team. The apprentice will support the business to achieve its goals and growth for the future.

• Carrying out maintenance on mechanical & electrical systems and equipment
• Performing periodic inspections on plant, machinery and automated systems
• Scheduling planned and preventive maintenance work
• Fit parts to machinery and equipment
• Service and repair machines and tools
• Repair hydraulic & pneumatic systems
• To repair equipment and fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order
• Ensuring that machinery and equipment meets safety regulations
• Intervening immediately in the event of breakdowns, failures or malfunctions
• Repairing and/or replacing broken or defective components
• Build components and sub-assemblies into finished electrical or mechanical products
• Operate machine tools like lathes, cutters, grinders and borers
• Set and operate computer-controlled machinery
• Make quality checks
• Checking repaired components and machinery to ensure normal functionality has been restored
