Brief Overview of the Role

An fantastic opportunity has arisen for an apprentice to work for Angels and Butterflies Childminding LTD.

Duties to Include

• Assist in the daily care and supervision of children aged 6 months to 4 years
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, and outdoor play
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring children’s dietary needs are met
• Support children in developing social skills and good behaviour
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s progress and daily activities
• Assist with routine tasks such as nappy changing, potty changing and nap time

From time to time, you may be required to perform other duties as requested by your Line Manager, and whilst not listed above, these duties will be appropriate to the level of responsibility held and to the scope of the role as defined.

The training you will be getting

• Early Years Practitioner Level 2
• Functional skills in maths and English (if required)

Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
