Brief Overview of the Role

As a a Customer Service Apprentice (Level 2) , you will support the team and ensure all customer orders are met.

Duties to Include

First, you will learn how to use and navigate our systems, understand and learn our processes; the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’. Then support your colleagues with the creation of new customer profiles. Moving onto checking customer profiles, ensuring we have all the information we require to maintain our high levels of compliance. Finally, you will learn first-class customer service via inbound and outbound communication, both in practice and through your apprenticeship course and if that’s not enough, at times support internal teams with customer care.

Working Hours and Wage

Monday- Friday 09:00-17:00

Total hours per week: 40

Future Prospects

Progression to a Level 3 for the successful apprentice.

Things to Consider

The job is homeworking only. There won’t be a need to attend any physical location as Ship Shape is now working fully remotely. However, the job will require to work fixed hours from Monday to Friday with one day dedicated to study, the company will provide all the IT equipment as well as a specialised remote work system.
