Working front of house on reception, booking in of customers It is a great opportunity for someone to gain customer service experience while working towards a level 3 qualification.

Duties to include 

  • Answering telephone
  • Greeting customers face to face
  • Taking bookings for vehicle MOT’s/Repairs & Servicing
  • Quoting on new jobs
  • Creating pictures and information to upload onto Facebook and any other platform
  • Liaising with any insurance companies & RAC
  • Taking payments

Working week

Monday – Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm

Total hours per week: 40.0
