Customer Service Apprentice
Working front of house on reception, booking in of customers It is a great opportunity for someone to gain customer service experience while working towards a level 3 qualification.
Duties to include
- Answering telephone
- Greeting customers face to face
- Taking bookings for vehicle MOT’s/Repairs & Servicing
- Quoting on new jobs
- Creating pictures and information to upload onto Facebook and any other platform
- Liaising with any insurance companies & RAC
- Taking payments
Working week
Monday – Friday 08:30am to 17:30pm
Total hours per week: 40.0
