Business Administration Apprentice
The Transformation and Partnerships team is looking for an apprentice to support with administrative and project tasks. We are a small team and the right candidate will work with everyone to meet their needs in a responsive and organised way.
Duties to include
- General filing and maintenance of file system
- Typing of letters to clients
- Telephone calls
- General admin duties
- Answering phone
- Meeting clients
- Typing letters
- Ordering stationary
- Raising Bills
- Database control
Working week
Monday – Friday 9 to 5 (with some flexibility)
Total hours per week: 37.5

The Clinical Commissioning Group is part of the NHS which has been established to ensure the delivery of most NHS services in local areas.
Future prospects
For the right candidate a permanent contract will be offered at the end of the apprenticeship. Possible promotion after time.
Things to consider
There will be some requirement for home working, the CCG will provide all necessary equipment, but candidates should have reliable internet connectivity and be able to identify somewhere in the home that will be conducive to productive working.
