The right candidate will be expected to give information on our products for potential sales, till duties, assist with incoming deliveries and putting away stock, stock control, assisting with completing orders and answering the telephone. The role will involve working in our retail shop alongside other members of staff. They will be required to use their customer service skills to assist our customers and work well within a team to complete the day to day duties.

Duties to include

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Using a range of office software, including email, Excel , Sage and internal databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office, managing online and paper filing systems in order to ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Learning the digitising software

Working week

9-4:30pm Mon-Thurs, 9-2pm Friday

Total hours per week: 35.00

GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent qualifications in English and maths are preferable

About the employer

We are uniform suppliers and we offer our customers embroidered work wear, school uniform, corporate clothing, PPE, Safety Footwear and promotional merchandise. We have our own multi head embroidery machines and heatsealing machines so do all our branding inhouse.

We have recently refurbished our website to make it more attractive and user friendly. This means that users can now use our trade and school uniform ordering section of the website to order as well as being able to see any new products we can offer.

Future prospects

The current role can be developed and there is plenty of opportunity for promotion. We will have a permanent fulltime job for the successful applicant.
