Brief Overview of the Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for an Apprentice Accounts Assistant to work within AF Blakemore. Helping and assisting the finance team. Training will cover all aspects of finance in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.

Duties to Include

The apprentice will play an important team role in the day to day planning, organisation and smooth running of the department.

• Maintenance of weekly and monthly files
• Ensuring all paperwork is received promptly from clients
• Use bespoke software
• Filing of weekly paperwork
• Reconciliation of statements

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm

Total hours per week: 35.0

Future Prospects

For the right candidate there will be the opportunity of a full-time permanent position with the organisation, with the prospect of progression onto higher accounting qualifications.
