PTP Training was today celebrating after striking gold in a vigorous assessment of its staff’s opinions of the company by Investors in People.
The Midands-based company, which trades as Performance Through People, is an experienced provider of training for employers across the region.
PTP was judged by Investors in People to be particularly high performing at ‘empowering and involving people’ and was said to be advanced in every other category of the assessment.
Paul Devoy, chief executive of Investors in People, said: “We are delighted to congratulate PTP for achieving our Gold ‘We invest in people’ accreditation, which is a fantastic effort for any organisation.

Investors in People scored PTP with 820 out of 900 in its unique benchmark assessment, well over the 755 average score of organisations in the same industry category.
Highlighting various key strengths at PTP, the assessment said: “Your vision, mission and values are at the heart of everything you do.

“People are very passionate and thoroughly enjoy working for you, and were very complimentary of their employment experience and journey.
