I would like to thank Kevin and Charlotte for all their hard work. I cannot fault their commitment to helping my son Daniel.
Daniel had the misfortune of his apprenticeship training provider fold back in the summer. I first contacted PTP enquiring if they would be able to help, Kevin contacted me and kept me informed all the time with what was happening next.
Since then Daniel was made redundant and again they have both gone above and beyond. They were both on to the fact and sourced a new work placement and organised an interview. They are both a credit to the organisation and I can't thank them enough. After our experience with the other training provider they have been outstanding.
