Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship ULM SERVICES LIMITED

ULM Services are now recruiting a vibrant, but meticulous, individual to their inbound customer service team. The successful candidate will train towards managing individual tyre and related breakdowns across the country. You will be relied upon to gain information with a high degree of accuracy, to pass on to roadside assistance and to liaise with the customer. It’s a fast-paced environment where you will be kept busy dealing with constantly evolving situations.

Working week

Monday – Friday; shifts to be confirmed.

Total hours per week: 38.50

You will be actively:

  • Answering incoming phone calls in a timely manner from customers/fitters & third parties
  • Taking details of breakdown including location/vehicle information/tyre size etc
  • Ensuring all details are documented accurately on ULM computer call logging system
  • Checking stock availability
  • Ensuring clear details are passed across to the allocation team

Occasionally you will be required to complete other duties in order to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the business on a day-to-day basis.

  • Able to manage phone calls in a polite and courteous manner
  • Ability to listen and assess breakdown situations then ask correct questions
  • Produce IT reports
  • Strong computer and keyboard skills
  • Speaking confidently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in call centre environment and customer service experience would serve as an advantage
  • Knowledge of tyres is also desirable but not essential
