We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Business Admin Apprentice to join our team. Receive incoming calls from customers and engineers to take telephone messages where required. Maintain relationships between the Customer, Boiler Engineers and the Company Manage “live” jobs, dealing with any issues and concerns from the customer.

Working week

Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm.

Total hours per week: 40.00

The role will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Making calls to suppliers
  • Booking jobs onto diary system
  • Performing returned vehicle damage checks
  • Contact with customers booking appointments
  • General administration such as filing
  • Emailing
  • Data entry
  • Interacting with other members of staff
  • Using the bespoke software
  • Order processing
  • Following up on quotes
