Connexions is a service for all young people aged 13-19. This is extended up to the age of 25 for those with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. The aim is to help young people reach their full potential and make a successful transition into adult life. Working in partnership with private and voluntary sector groups and youth services, Connexions brings together all the services that support young people during their teenage years.
