As part of Skills Support for the Workforce, we are pleased to be able to offer the following qualification to support customer service staff to develop their knowledge and skills. Skills Support for the Workforce allows small to medium businesses in Staffordshire to access funding for training to support the development of their employees.
Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service – This qualification is suitable for learners wishing to improve their knowledge of the importance of customer service including how to satisfy customers’ expectations. It is designed for learners who deal with customers on a daily basis as part of their job role and is applicable to a variety of work environments.
The course is delivered over 4 days (one day a week for 4 weeks) at our training centre.
SSW is co-funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund. We deliver SSW on behalf of Serco.
