Funded course to help retail staff develop their skills

As part of Skills Support for the Workforce, we are pleased to be able to offer the following qualification to support retail staff to develop their knowledge and skills. Skills Support for the Workforce allows small to medium businesses in Staffordshire to access funding for training to support the development of their employees.

Level 2 Certificate in Retail – This qualification is suitable for those looking to develop their knowledge and understanding of the retail sector. Topics covered include: understanding customer service in the retail sector, understanding how a retail business maintains health, safety and security on its premises and understanding how store operations can be improved.

The course is delivered over 4 days (one day a week for 4 weeks) at our training centre.

SSW is co-funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund. We deliver SSW on behalf of Serco.
