Traineeship opportunities

A traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience which can be a great first step on the road to an apprenticeship. It will include training to prepare you for the workplace, the opportunity to improve your English and maths if needed and a high quality work experience placement. Traineeships last anything from six weeks to six months and the content is tailored to your needs and those of the business you are working with.

You could be suitable for a Traineeship if you:

  • Are unemployed (or work less than 16 hours per week) and have little work experience
  • Are motivated to work
  • Are aged 16 – 23

We are currently recruiting for an Engineering traineeship based in Walsall. If you are interested in finding out more please contact us.
