How is the Qualification Delivered?
Through a combination of training, guidance, support, self-study and activities. Training is completed through group sessions or on a one-to-one basis. The qualification will be assessed using varied methods depending on the requirement of the awarding body, training centre and learning styles of the individual. Technical knowledge and practical skills and will be assessed through internal and external testing. A portfolio of evidence is required.
Provides direct progression to EAL Level 3 Certificate, Sub Diploma and Extended Diploma in Engineering Technologies. Can also provide progression into;
EAL Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Performing Engineering Operations.
EAL Level 3 Certificates and Diplomas in Engineering and Technology subject.
Further EAL Level 2 NVQ engineering and manufacturing competence qualifications.
